1. Can we order custom designs or sizes?
Yes! Send us a reference picture or Email us your idea and we can fabricate custom pieces for you.
3. when will the item be delivered once i place the order?
The item will be fabricated within 7-8 business days from the day of purchase (within UAE). You will receive a call from us to confirm the date of delivery. For anything other than 2D Metal Art, the delivery can take upto 45-90 days.
4. Do you install them as well?
We offer Installation service for our selected products with an additional fee. Currently we only provide Installation service within U.A.E (excluding Abu Dhabi). Once you place the order through our e-shop, we will contact you to ask if you would like Installation service for the additional fee depending on the nature of the item and location. Our 2D Metal Art is installed via a straight-forward process that you can easily do with the help of a handyman and drill machine. Find our Installation Guide in the “Service” page for 2D Metal Art.
6. What if I want a piece in bulk quantity? Can I get better rates?
Absolutely. Email us regarding your inquiry. We give discounted rates for bulk orders. Our team will get back to you immediately to proceed.
7. Can you fabricate anything other than these wall decor products?
Absolutely. We have an in-house metal fabrication factory and can fabricate a range of items. You can browse through our collections or opt to customize and create your own designs and we will fabricate them for you. Other than wall decor, our services include personalized names, logos, portraits, custom wedding signs, calligraphy art, partition screens etc. The applications are endless.
